Cancellation policy

Our calendar-based services (including injections, IV therapies, and other treatments) follow the policy below to ensure fair access to limited time slots and resources.

Scheduling Window

  • Minimum notice to book: 1 hour before the start time.
  • Book ahead: up to 3 months in advance.
  • Availability varies by service: time slots and capacity may differ depending on the service selected.

Booking Deposit & Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A $20 prepayment is required to secure each appointment.
  • Remaining balance: The remaining amount is charged the day after the booking date to the original payment method.
  • One deposit per treatment: Each appointment requires its own deposit.

Required Health Form & Reminders

  • Mandatory form: You must complete a brief questionnaire for every appointment.
  • When you’ll see it: The form appears after you select a date/time on the product page calendar.
  • Booking requirement: Please complete the form before finalizing your appointment.
  • Reminders: Appointment reminders are sent by email.

Cancelations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum notice: You may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before the appointment start time.
  • How to manage: Use the links in your confirmation/reminder emails or log in to your account: Access My Account.

Refunds & Deposits

  • Timely changes (≥ 1 hour): Your $20 deposit remains applied to your rescheduled appointment or can be refunded upon request to the original payment method.
  • Late changes (< 1 hour) or missed appointments: The $20 deposit is not automatically refundable. Please contact us if there were extenuating circumstances.
  • Post-booking charges: If the remaining balance has already been charged (the day after the booking date) and you cancel with timely notice, we’ll process any eligible refund to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are typically issued within up to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • From email: Use the Cancel or Reschedule links in your confirmation or reminder emails.
  • From your account: Review upcoming appointments, track updates, and submit cancel/reschedule requests: Access My Account.

Important Notes

  • All appointment times are managed in local clinic time.
  • Service availability and time slots may change based on clinical capacity.
